I come from a family that has been involved in public service for as long as I can remember. I come to work every day thankful for the opportunity that I have to serve the people of Marathon County. Every function of my office is focused on one thing - service. Whether you're applying for a marriage license or passport, looking for directions in the courthouse, attending a County Board or committee meeting, looking for notary services, or asking questions about elections, I am here to serve you. I am committed to maintaining the integrity of our elections, saving taxpayer money, and upholding the core values of Marathon County. I am the only candidate with the experience and expertise to continue to serve you well.

EXPERIENCE
I have served in election administration in some capacity since 2011 beginning with the Supreme Court recount. Since starting full time in the Clerk's offce in 2018, I have developed relationships with municipal clerks, boards, election inspectors, County Board members, vendors, and voters. They all know me to be reliable, respectful, and responsible. Our elections are too important to pass off to someone with no knowledge of what it takes to run elections on a County-wide level.
EXPERTISE
Since becoming County Clerk, I have administered dozens of elections, the first being at the height of the pandemic with the all the additional challenges that brought. We were able to fully staff every polling place in the County and voters were able to exercise their right to vote uninterrupted.
I have trained hundreds of clerks and election inspectors, making sure that our voters are served by highly qualified and certified individuals.
I have used my leadership skills to increase efficiencies in the office and streamlined processes related to County Board agendas and minutes.
ELECTION INTEGRITY
I can proudly say that I am committed to upholding integrity in the administration of our elections. Over the last five years, I have worked with our municipal clerks to ensure that our elections are accurate through multiple random audits of our election results. Without fail, the tabulator results have exactly matched the hand count of the ballots. Voters in Marathon County can have confidence that their votes are counted and that they are counted accurately. I have worked with municipal clerks to improve processes, chain of custody, ballot accuracy, and voter roll updates. Instances of dishonesty have been referred to the DA's office for prosecution. Unethical behavior related to elections will not be tolerated on my watch.
